Got a Killer Band Story? We Want to Hear About It.

california-dan-mallia-greenhead-limit-duck-bandKnow someone with a great duck or goose band story? A tale that is maybe spectacular, funny, required an unbelievable amount of luck, or is just simply heartwarming?

Maybe you have an unusual band story yourself. Think your story can compete with the best?

If you do, then we want to hear from you.

We are now taking submissions for the IronBands.com Band Story of the Year™.

Eligibility

Everyone that duck or goose hunts is welcome to participate.

Simply, if you have a great duck or goose hunting band story, then we want to see your submission.

Submission Format

There is no required format for submitting your story. It can be as long or short as you desire, and you may submit up to two stories per person per year. Though not required, it is suggested that a photo or photos accompany your written submission. And to make the most of your images, check out the Photo Submission Guidelines.     more info...

The event also does not have to be from the current year. So say for example you have a killer band story from 1998. It is perfectly acceptable to submit your story from that year to compete in the current year's competition.

Due Date

The submission period is from now until December 31, 11:59PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) of each year, but is subject to change. All written stories and photos must be received via email by this time.     This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

The Process

After receiving the submissions, IronBands.com will post the stories to the site for an evaluation period to determine the winner of Band Story of the Year™.

We wish everyone good luck.
